Do you always erect scaffolding when installing
Not unless required to, we will mostly use ladders.
Is it good practice to replace your roofline before
We would certainly recommend you do this, it will prevent any debris occurring on your new clean windows.
Can I have just the soffits or fascias
Yes you can, however, it is better to replace the guttering at the same time to cut down the potential of leaks.

Do you do home
Yes, we are able to carry out quotations with our non-commissioned sales men, at a time that suits you (R&A follow current Government guidelines regarding COVID).

Yes, we work within a 30 mile radius from our Showroom.

No, you are not required to visit the showroom if you do not wish to. We can carry out quotations and communications remotely and provide home visits.

Is there ample free parking near the
We have a layby outside of the showroom which is free to use at anytime of the day. We also have a patio area outside of the front of the showroom, which you are welcome to park in, whilst visiting us.
Can I view the products before
Yes, you are more than welcome to visit our Showroom to see samples.
Do you dispose of the existing items after
Yes, all quotes provided include the safe and legal disposal of the existing items being replaced. We also recycle where possible.
Are you insured throughout the
Yes, R&A Windows Ltd hold Public Liability Insurance, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, whilst we carryout out works within your property.
Do you provide
No.
Do I have to pay the full amount when I
Payment is due once the installation has been carried out. All details of how you can pay are written on the invoice which will be given to you by our installers.
