From customer approval, we normally complete window installations between 4-5 weeks of this date. However, this is only a guide, as many factors can contribute towards your exact installation date. Please contact us to find out more, and to know our current lead time, as this can vary depending on the time of year.
This would depend on the amount of windows you require and will vary depending on individual properties. In most situations, we will complete the installation within one working day.
Unfortunately, we do not, as windows are highly customisable, there are thousands of ways they can be constructed. However, we do have a general brochure, in PDF or print format, which we can send you (email to request one). Moreover, we are more than happy to give you detailed info on any further styles and options within our extensive range.
We would always recommend having the window installed first before any tiling, plastering, or decorating. This will give a much nicer finish to the surround of the window.
Rotten windows obviously would need replacements. Single-glazed windows, would need replacements, if you are considering making energy savings. Old, aluminium windows and 1st generation PVCu windows may also need replacement if the seals are worn or the sealed units have broken down.
Yes, but more importantly, it should make it more energy efficient.
PVC-u windows tend to be more energy efficient, furthermore, require much less maintenance.
No, our installers are very careful when they carry out the work, moreover, we fit an internal trim around the window to provide a neat and sealed finish. If the customer does not want the any trim fitting, sometimes a minor retouch may be necessary to cork or colour key an edge in (we will cork in any internal sealing if necessary).
Yes, condensation is a natural process within a house, and is a bigger problem, within households containing more occupants. Reducing condensation can be achieved by better insulating your house, minimising your use of water internally and venting better.
In the long term yes, as they save on your need to heat your property.
We offer the most energy efficient windows possible at an affordable cost. FYI: On many new builds developments, a lower quality window and installation application may have been used by any particular builder to keep their cost down, so fitting new, A+ Rated windows by a high-end installer can make a significant difference! |
