“We have been very happy dealing with R and A Windows. They have not chased us at all but have made it very clear if we needed any further information that we can contact them. We received the quote and then went to the shop to clarify a few matters, very helpful, sending us away with samples to try at home. Whilst installing the items one of the panes of glass had a bubble on it, they had already instigated getting a replacement before I had even looked at it. They have replaced the pane of glass without being chased. So highly recommended if you do not like being chased for orders or payment. Thank you”
