“R&A installed my original double glazing over 2 decades ago and did a brilliant job then. I needed to get more efficient double glazing so it was a 'no brainer' to go back to the same firm. The whole process from quote to ordering to completion ran very smoothly. They even arranged to delay the work after I got an unexpected call for some surgery. The 3 gentlemen that came worked efficiently as a team, were friendly and respectful of my property and have done a brilliant job. They cleaned up as they went along and cleared and hoovered when finished. Will get the rest done early next year.”

“Just before I go, I feel compelled to email you and say what a pleasurable experience it has been using R&A windows, from beginning to what is near the end. Yourself, Elliot and Lee have been exceptional and I have to say this is the best service I have EVER received from a builder / window company and any trades people to be honest. Myself and Gary will be recommending you to as many people as we can through our businesses, families and friends. Just so you know.I had some banter with Lee today about wanting an extra bathroom window done (in my bedroom, so that on the Monday I can stay in bed and relieve the jet lag), he said it wasn’t possible as he needed to get to the tip - however when I arrived back at 5.45pm, the window was done and they were still there clearing away. The guy is an absolute legend, so please let him know. Everything about R&A has been phenomenal and you need to know.”
